Gene Hallman, Founder and CEO

Gene Hallman, CEO of Bruno Event Team co-founded the company in 1995 with his partner, Ronnie Bruno. Since that time, Gene has become widely recognized as being instrumental in putting Birmingham on the sports map by bringing in events like Olympic Soccer, Professional Golf, Boxing, and IndyCar racing.

Dee Dee Mathis, Senior VP of Marketing

Dee Dee Mathis, Senior VP of Marketing, joined the Bruno Event Team in 2016 to head up their advertising, public relations, digital, ticketing and creative division. While she describes herself as a marketing nerd, she is a rare combination of analytical and creative thinking.
